By downloading, installing, or using DateMore AI ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
DateMore AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to suggest conversation responses for dating contexts. The app offers a free tier (1 AI-generated response per day) and paid subscription plans for unlimited use.
You must be at least 17 years old to use DateMore AI. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
No guarantees. Responses generated by the app are AI-created suggestions. We do not guarantee that any response will be appropriate, effective, or well-received. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use any suggested response.
Not professional advice. The app does not provide dating advice, relationship counseling, or any form of professional guidance. AI-generated suggestions should not be relied upon as a substitute for your own judgment.
Your responsibility. You are fully responsible for any messages you choose to send to other people, whether or not they were suggested by the app.

The app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by DateMore AI. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal use. You may use the generated text in your conversations freely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DateMore AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost relationships, emotional distress, or any outcomes resulting from messages you send based on AI suggestions.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This section applies to the iOS version of DateMore AI distributed through the Apple App Store.
Parties. This license agreement is between you and DateMore AI, not Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). DateMore AI, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
Scope of License. You are granted a non-transferable license to use DateMore AI on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
Maintenance and Support. DateMore AI is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide any support for the app.
Warranty. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligations with respect to the app.
Product Liability. DateMore AI, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.
Third-Party Beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which the developer resides.
