Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To manage, cancel, or request a refund for your subscription:

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
Select DateMore AI to manage or cancel

Bug Reports

If you've encountered a bug, please include the following in your email so we can help you faster:

A description of what happened
What you expected to happen
Your device model and iOS version
Screenshots, if possible

Privacy & Data Requests
